Iron burn
Thumb knuckle
Running tap
Cold water
Ice cup
Awkward movements
Towel dry
Honey smother
Loose bandage
Elevate hand
Brush teeth
Goto bed
Ignore pain

[ thankfully the pain stopped during the night, I think it was at the point that the burnt skin died and stopped sending messages to my brain, for in the morning the knuckle was numb ]

      • Glad you’re on the mend! Although brown dead knuckle skin sounds quite uncomfortable.
        I’m feeling much better than I was a couple days ago 🙂 Sometimes I just feel defeated and that’s when the emotions get the best of me.
