Shifting States.

Arguing
Being right
Blame
Regret
Doubt
Shame
It’s all a big game
That no one wins

Step outside of all that
Shift your thoughts
to a higher level
Bring a new awareness
A wider perspective
Consider
“what is the situation trying to show me”
And ask yourself
“what’s the gift here for me NOW in this very moment?”

You will see
dramatic changes
if you are open to them

    • It is indeed. In this situation, my partner was angry about something I said and I was the one who raised my consciousness above the anger and tried to guide her to a different viewpoint. Regretably it didn’t work for her, but I felt good for not getting caught up in the anger. Thanks for adding your thoughts πŸ˜€

      • πŸ˜€ hahhaa..happens..my friend once told me, how you communicate ur problem to the other person matters. If you communicate with anger, the person focuses on anger instead of the point you are trying to put through..I think it is very significant, hence perhaps has stuck in my mind for so long πŸ™‚
